Frequently Asked Questions

How many devices can CellFix79 repair at once?

We regularly handle 5 to 100 devices per batch. For larger jobs (200+), we schedule with 1 to 2 weeks lead time. Drop-off and pickup can happen at our Round Rock shop or by appointment-only courier within the Austin metro.

How does the bulk repair process work?

You drop off devices and sign one waiver covering the batch. Our techs inspect each device within 24 hours and email an itemized quote, with one line per device and one line per repair. You approve the lines you want. We repair, track every device with its own asset tag, and notify you for pickup. You pay one invoice for the approved work.

How much does business phone repair cost?

Pricing is per device, per repair type. Screen replacements start at $79 for iPhone and $109 for Samsung Galaxy. Volume discounts apply automatically at 10+, 25+, and 50+ devices. Quotes are always itemized so you see exactly what each repair costs, with no hidden fees.

How long does bulk repair take?

Most batches under 25 devices are completed within 5 business days from quote approval. Larger batches (50+) take 7 to 10 business days. Rush turnaround under 48 hours is available for an additional fee.

Do you handle company-owned devices with MDM (Mobile Device Management) enrollment?

Yes. We preserve MDM enrollment during repair (Apple MDM, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Samsung Knox, and others) and do not factory-reset devices unless you explicitly request it. We also do not retain any customer data after repair.

What devices do you repair?

iPhones (every model from iPhone 6 forward), Samsung Galaxy S and Note series, Google Pixel, iPad (all generations), Samsung tablets, ruggedized Android devices, MacBooks, and Windows laptops. We do not currently service Chromebooks below an 11-inch screen.

How does billing work for business accounts?

One itemized invoice per batch, with one line per device and one line per repair, so your accounting sees exactly what each repair cost, and no hidden fees. We accept ACH, wire, and major business credit cards. For established accounts with recurring repair volume, we’re happy to set up billing terms that fit your process.

How do I track the status of each device during repair?

After we email your quote, we send a tracking URL. Each device in your batch shows its own live status: received, in repair, ready for pickup, or picked up. The URL stays active for 90 days after pickup.

What is your warranty on business repairs?

1-year limited warranty on all parts and labor for business accounts. If a repaired device fails under normal use within 12 months, we re-repair or replace the part at no charge.

How is CellFix79 different from uBreakiFix or CPR?

Three differences. First, every device is tracked individually with an asset tag and a public tracking URL, while national chains lump batches into one ticket. Second, our quotes are itemized line by line and you can approve some lines and decline others, while national chains quote whole-batch flat rates. Third, we are local in Round Rock, so when you call, you talk to the tech doing your repair.
