Zebra TC77, TC78, and TC57 scanners repaired locally in 24 to 48 hours, with no mail-in RMA.
We work with Zebra, Honeywell, Samsung, and other courier and last-mile device brands. Independent repair, not affiliated with FedEx or Zebra.
A Zebra scanner with a cracked screen is a driver who cannot scan, and a driver who cannot scan is stops that do not get delivered.
FedEx Ground contractors run Zebra TC-series handhelds that are rugged but not indestructible against a tailgate drop or a winter of freezer runs.
Boxing a device up and waiting on a vendor swap means being down a scanner during peak. Local repair gets it back fast.
Asset-tagged intake keeps every repaired unit matched to the correct route so nothing gets mixed up across a batch.
Cracked or unresponsive TC77, TC78, and TC57 touchscreens.
Dead or swollen batteries that will not last a full route.
Worn USB-C and charging contacts, intermittent charging.
Scratched or hazed scan windows that slow down scanning.
Additional repairs include RS6000 ring scanners, buttons, speakers, housings, and diagnostic assessment.
Each scanner gets a label tied to your unit/route number so the repaired device comes back matched to the right driver, with no mix-ups across a batch.
Screen, battery, charging port, or scan-window glass: each unit priced on its own. You approve what is worth fixing and decline what is not.
One public link shows the status of the whole batch at once, for you and your terminal manager, from intake to ready-for-pickup.
Collect the whole batch in a single trip. Itemized invoice by asset tag, so every repaired scanner reconciles straight back to the right route.
Typical turnaround on a Zebra TC77 screen or battery is 24 to 48 hours, with same-day possible on a small batch, versus days on a mail-in vendor swap during peak. When a route is stuck without a working scanner, tell us and we prioritize it, and we handle more than screens across your scanner and driver-device fleet.
The full FedEx Ground / courier lineup: Zebra TC77 and TC78, TC57 / TC57x, and the older TC75/TC70 series. We handle cracked touchscreens, dead or swollen batteries, charging/USB-C ports, and scratched or hazed scan windows. We can also service RS6000 ring scanners used on the dock and in sortation.
No. We are an independent repair shop and are not affiliated with or authorized by FedEx or Zebra. We repair the device hardware for contractors who own their scanners. If your device is leased through a FedEx-approved vendor, check your lease terms before having a third party open it.
Most single-unit TC77/TC78 screen or battery repairs are 24 to 48 hours. If a route is stuck without a working scanner, tell us, and we can prioritize one or two units for same-day or next-morning return when parts are in stock.
Yes. When a batch of scanners comes in together, per-device pricing drops versus one-off walk-in rates. We quote each unit individually so you only pay for the ones worth repairing, and consolidate everything onto one invoice.
Yes. Screen, battery, port, and scan-window repairs are hardware-only, so we do not wipe the device or touch your FedEx Ground software, MDM enrollment, or scanner profile. It comes back configured exactly as it left, ready to scan.
Yes. When scanners come in throughout the week or as a batch, we can roll the repairs into a single itemized invoice by unit/route number, so you get one clear statement instead of a stack of per-device receipts. We accept ACH, business cards, and standard payment methods.
