Patient-facing iPads and MDM-locked phones repaired with enrollment intact and data kept secure.
We work with Apple, Samsung, Zebra, and other clinical device brands, including MacBook and Windows computers, and preserve Jamf, Intune, and Apple MDM enrollment.
We understand the workflow and data-handling pressure clinics face when patient-facing devices go down.
A failed check-in tablet or staff phone can interrupt intake, communication, and access to records.
A factory reset creates extra work for IT by forcing re-enrollment and app reconfiguration.
Devices that may contain PHI or patient-facing data need controlled handling from drop-off to return.
Cracked or unresponsive iPad and tablet screens.
Poor runtime, swelling, shutdowns, and worn batteries.
Loose ports, intermittent charging, and connector wear.
Common issues on patient-facing tablets and staff devices.
Front-desk and staff computer screens, keyboards, batteries, and ports.
Additional issues may include Wi-Fi problems, damaged housings, microphones, and diagnostic assessment.
Jamf, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint, Apple MDM, Samsung Knox: device returns with enrollment intact. No re-enrollment, no re-install, no IT bottleneck.
For clinic devices we prioritize over batch jobs. Patient-workflow devices get next-business-day default; rush 4-hour turnaround available.
Every device cache is wiped at our end after pickup. We do not retain device images, copies, or backups beyond the repair window.
Per-device line items support reimbursement and budget documentation workflows when device repair is billed to insurance, HSA, or compliance budgets.
Average turnaround for clinic device rush jobs is under 24 hours from drop-off to ready for pickup, with standard turnaround of 2 to 4 business days. We preserve MDM enrollment so devices come back ready to use, and we handle far more than screens across your patient-facing and staff devices.
Yes. We do not factory-reset devices unless you explicitly request it. Devices come back with the same MDM enrollment, the same configuration profile, and the same installed apps.
We follow HIPAA-aware data handling practices: no cached data retention, no remote access, no third-party data transfer. We can sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on request for clinics that require one. Reach out to b2b@cellfix79.com for the current BAA template.
Yes. Rush turnaround (under 8 hours) is available for an additional fee, and standard next-business-day priority is included for healthcare accounts at no extra cost.
Yes. We can reset MDM-locked devices to factory state for re-deployment to new employees, with written authorization from your IT manager. We do not bypass MDM locks on devices that are not company-owned.
Devices are handled by a single named technician per ticket, stored in a locked area, and returned to the clinic at pickup. We do not power on patient-facing devices beyond what is necessary for the repair. Cached data is not exfiltrated; nothing leaves our facility except the repaired device.
We are not currently on Vizient, Premier, or HealthTrust vendor lists. We work with independent clinics and small healthcare practices on direct billing. For larger health systems we coordinate with your procurement team on the appropriate vendor onboarding.
