Logistics & Fleet

Keep Your Fleet Devices Moving

Scanners, rugged phones, and tablets repaired in 24 to 48 hours, so a down device never means a down driver.

Devices we support

  • Smart Phones
  • Barcode & Warehouse Scanners
  • Tablets
  • Laptops & Computers

We work with Zebra, Samsung, Apple, Google, and other leading commercial device brands, including MacBook and Windows laptops.

Why logistics & fleet is different

Fleet devices face a tougher environment than the consumer world ever sees, and your operation cannot afford downtime.

Operational Downtime

A single failed device can leave a driver, technician, or warehouse employee unable to work.

Heavy Daily Use

Devices are exposed to drops, dust, vibration, extreme temperatures, and constant charging cycles.

Asset Accountability

Every device must return to the correct ticket, vehicle, location, or inventory record.

Common Logistics & Fleet device repairs

Screen Repair

Cracked glass, damaged displays, touch issues, broken assemblies.

Charging-Port Repair

Intermittent charging, loose connections, debris, and worn ports.

Battery Replacement

Rapid drain, swelling, shutdowns, and reduced field runtime.

Laptop & Computer Repair

Screens, keyboards, batteries, and ports on dispatch and back-office laptops.

Additional repairs include cameras, buttons, speakers, microphones, housings, water-damage assessment, and board-level diagnosis.

How CellFix79 handles it

1

Asset-tagged intake

Every unit, whether a scanner, rugged phone, or tablet, gets a label tied to your asset, unit, or driver ID, so the repaired device goes straight back to the right person.

2

Per-device assessment and quote

Each device individually assessed and priced within 24 hours. Approve the worth-fixing screen or charging port, decline the water-logged write-off, and pay only for what you keep.

3

Repair and live tracking

Screen, charging-port, and battery repairs turn around in 24 to 48 hours, with same-day or next-day service on priority units. One public link shows every device status for your ops and IT teams.

4

Reconciled return

Itemized invoice by asset tag, so repaired units reconcile straight back into your fleet and MDM system. One pickup, one invoice, matched line by line to your inventory.

A critical device should not keep a driver off the road

Screen, charging-port, and battery failures are the issues we see most often and typically turn around fastest. Priority service is available when a failed device leaves a driver or field employee unable to work. We also repair rugged phones, scanners, tablets, and other mobile fleet devices.

Logistics & Fleet FAQ

Which fleet devices do you repair: scanners, rugged phones, tablets?

All of them, in-house: Zebra TC-series and MC-series scanners and mobile computers, Honeywell CT/CK handhelds, Samsung Galaxy XCover rugged phones, Samsung Galaxy Tab Active rugged tablets, and Sonim XP, CAT S-series, and Kyocera DuraForce handsets, plus the standard iPhone and Galaxy phones many drivers carry. Our core, fast-turnaround repairs are screen, charging port, and battery, with water-seal restoration on IP67/IP68-rated units.

Can you swap batteries on phones used in cold-storage or freezer environments?

Yes. Cold-environment battery wear is a common logistics fleet issue. We replace with high-quality OEM-grade or premium-tier batteries rated for the same temperature ranges. We also pressure-test the device seal after repair if it is rated IP67/IP68.

How fast is your turnaround on a fleet batch?

Screen, charging-port, and battery repairs run 24 to 48 hours per device once the quote is approved, and a batch moves in parallel, not one unit at a time. If you have drivers stuck, flag those units for same-day or next-business-day priority and we turn them first while the rest of the batch follows.

Do you handle phones still enrolled in our MDM (Samsung Knox, Microsoft Intune)?

Yes. We preserve Samsung Knox, Microsoft Intune, Apple MDM, and other enrollment during repair. Devices come back ready for the driver, with no re-enrollment and no IT bottleneck.

Can a driver drop off their own phone, or does it need to go through the fleet manager?

Either works. We can accept walk-in drop-offs from individual drivers and route them to your fleet account, or we can coordinate scheduled bulk drop-offs with the fleet manager. Per-device asset tags keep everything organized regardless of how it arrives.
